Having lived and traveled in multiple regions, Erin has explored a variety of business ventures that shaped her collaborative and solution-driven approach. With an artistic background and a natural eye for color and placement, she plays a key role in supporting client projects and helping designs come together seamlessly.

Jenny Fields journey began a decade ago as Monument, her home town was growing. She has passion for creating beautiful, livable spaces that reflect the people who call them home. With a lifelong connection to the local community, Jenny brings an intuitive understanding of her clients’ lifestyles, values, and design preferences.

Her approach is highly collaborative, blending her signature aesthetic with each client’s unique vision to create spaces that are both functional and thoughtfully layered. Jenny believes great design should feel personal, effortless, and timeless.

Jean Connelly

Store & Design Assistant

Jean has been an integral part of Jenny Lee Designs since the very beginning, helping shape the studio storefront into the beautiful, space it is today. With thoughtful styling, Jean plays a key role in selecting distinctive pieces and creating gorgeous centerpieces that keep the store feeling inspired.

She loves working directly with customers and clients, assisting them in finding meaningful pieces that bring warmth and personality to their homes.
