Step 1
Discovery Call
Every project begins with a complimentary discovery call. This is an opportunity for us to learn about your home, lifestyle, and overall vision. We discuss your project goals, scope, timeline, and investment to determine how we can best support you—and ensure we are the right fit for each other.
Step 2
First In Home Consultation
Project Review
During our first in-home consultation, we meet on site to review your space in detail. This may take place in your existing home or alongside your builder or architect using design plans. We assess the layout, functionality, and opportunities while discussing your needs, preferences, and project priorities. This working session allows us to fully understand your project before moving into design.
Step 3
Project Conceptual Design
and Furniture Planning
With a clear direction established, we begin developing the conceptual design and furniture plan. Together, we select finishes, materials, furnishings, and key design elements that reflect your style and support how you live. This phase focuses on creating a cohesive vision that balances beauty, function, and longevity.
Step 4
Procurement &
Project Management
Once selections are approved, we handle all procurement and project coordination. This includes managing vendors, placing and tracking orders, overseeing materials, coordinating deliveries, inspecting items upon arrival, and managing design plans. Our team ensures all details are organized and executed smoothly, so you can enjoy a stress-free experience.

Step 5
Installation
Installation day brings the design to life. We oversee delivery, placement, and final styling to ensure every detail is thoughtfully executed. The result is a polished, finished space that feels intentional, functional, and uniquely yours.

Every new client begins with a complimentary discovery call. This initial conversation allows us to determine whether we are a good fit and ensures your project aligns with our services. If so, we schedule an in-home design consultation.

During this visit, we meet in your home to discuss your design goals, functional needs, and overall project investment. We walk through the space together, review existing conditions, and talk through how best to approach your project. This consultation allows us to gain a clear understanding of your scope, priorities, and vision.

The in-home consultation is an active design session. We will review how our services work, answer your questions, and provide professional recommendations tailored to your home and lifestyle. By the end of the visit, both parties will have a strong understanding of the project direction and next steps.

In-Home Consultation Details:
• 30–60 minutes, depending on project size
• Consultation fee: $395
• Fee is credited back upon approval of a design package
